1. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders across India, unless otherwise specified at checkout or during a promotional offer.
2. Delivery Timeline
Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes:
Major cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 6–12 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, delivery location, courier availability and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details through your registered contact information.
You can use the tracking details to follow the status of your shipment.
4. Delivery
Our logistics partners generally deliver orders Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from standard business days.
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, products from the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one package. You will receive tracking information for the respective shipments where applicable.
6. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests after this period may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
